Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore included in this new photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling different sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.

More materials released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
